As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access and badges, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service. Using computer or tablet systems, you will support a professional, secure environment while communicating clearly with staff and guests. • →Provide a professional front-desk presence and customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors at a healthcare location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• →Greet visitors, verify identification and appointment information as applicable, manage visitor access, and provide directions to appropriate departments.
• →Monitor entry activity, maintain visitor logs and/or access records, and report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• →Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• →Assist with maintaining an orderly reception area and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
