As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Tablet Logging in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist with access control. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative Allied Universal team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

• →Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as required.
• →Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office, warehouse, loading, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• →Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and other required documentation.
• →Observe and report unusual activity, facility conditions, and potential hazards in accordance with site procedures.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
