As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control and badge processes. • Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing employee access badges.
• Communication regarding this requirement should emphasize the importance of security protocols and the candidate's ability to adhere to them.

• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes basic software applications, email communication, and data entry.
• Emails should encourage candidates to highlight their technical skills and any relevant experience in their applications.

• Candidates should possess knowledge of loss prevention strategies and practices. This includes understanding theft prevention, inventory management, and safety protocols.
• When communicating this requirement, it is essential to convey the significance of loss prevention in maintaining the integrity of the company’s assets.

• →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production or distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and reporting requirements.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, perimeter, parking areas, shipping and receiving areas, and employee access points to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• →Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery-driver entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• →Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
