• →Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• →Monitor access points and support visitor, contractor, and delivery driver entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• →Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
