As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a professional location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to alarms and incidents, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and provide exceptional customer service. • →Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• →Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• →Complete required incident reports, patrol logs, and other documentation accurately and promptly.

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
