As a Security Officer Full Time Access Integrity in Houston, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a residential location, you will help manage entry and exit activity, verify authorized access, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and help deter incidents through attentive monitoring. • →Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Monitor access points and verify visitor, vendor, and delivery authorization in accordance with residential community procedures.
• →Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, delivery, and incident records; communicate relevant access-related information to authorized site personnel.
• →Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Have at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
