Summary:

As a Product Manager at Securonix you will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment for key areas of the Securonix platform. You will work closely with customers, Engineering, Data Science, UX, Sales, and security practitioners to deliver innovative capabilities that solve real-world cybersecurity challenges.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with a deep curiosity for cybersecurity, analytics, AI/ML-driven detection, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and define a product domain vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, field teams, analysts, and partner.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features and platform capabilities.
• Translate complex cybersecurity workflows into intuitive product experiences
• Drive the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to support go-to-market activities.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
• Analyze product usage, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to guide prioritization decisions.
• Work with data science and threat research teams to improve detection content, analytics, and automation capabilities.
• Represent the product in customer briefings, webinars, conferences, and analyst interactions.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise-grade SaaS platforms, with at least 4 years in a leading product management role.
• Experience with NextGen SIEM, UEBA, MSSP, EDR, NDR, XDR products, or similar cybersecurity analytics platforms is essential.
• Experience working with SaaS and cloud-native platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Agile and lead product management experience with a strong entrepreneurial and start-up mindset.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects and tasks.
• The ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cybersecurity operations, threat detection, SOC workflows, Incident Management platforms, AI-driven threat hunting, reporting, dashboarding, or API technologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, telemetry, or analytics platforms.
• Be an expert in competitive analysis and share strategic inputs to drive product definition and prioritization decisions.
