We’re not just building a company, we’re building the infrastructure for modern commerce. Job Overview As a Part-Time HR Manager at Seena, you will oversee and manage all core HR functions. You’ll be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, performance and engagement initiatives. Ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience within a flexible, fast-paced Fintech environment. Job Description Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices aligned with Seena Pay’s growth strategy. Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent. Manage employee onboarding, performance reviews and career development programs. Advise management on organizational structure, culture and workforce planning. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary matters professionally. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Administer payroll, benefits, and HR documentation in coordination with the finance team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role. Strong knowledge of HR operations, employment law and compliance. Experience in Tech/Fintech environments is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Availability for part-time engagement (approx. 15–25 hours per week with a flexible schedule). Benefits Competitive salary A dynamic and collaborative work environment
