As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns that strengthen Seismic’s brand presence, generate leads, and support business growth. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with digital tools and platforms. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO ; • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with our Digital Products. • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising. • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, newsletters, and social channels. • Analyse digital performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.) and report on ROI. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, consulting, business development) to ensure brand consistency. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing captured in a standard Portfolio. • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, and content marketing. • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar). • Excellent copywriting and communication skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
