Middle Project Manager (contract)

We are looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our new projects!

Please note this is a project based engagement, not an inhouse position. The social package in this case (vacation, days off, sick leaves, public holidays, equipment, accounting support) isn’t covered by Selecto.

Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager to manage our several engagements in parallel. Please review their general information below, as soon as we have more details - will share them additionally.

Domain: Finance
It’s a regulated open banking and embedded finance platform in the Middle East and North Africa region. It connects banks, fintechs, businesses, and customers through secure APIs that enable consent-driven data sharing and financial services.
Timeline of cooperation: part time; 40 hours totally, 1 month of cooperation with the possibility of prolongation.

Domain: Pharmacy
It’s an online pharmacy platform in Saudi Arabia. The website offers a wide range of healthcare and wellness products, including medications, vitamins, beauty products and medical supplies.
Timeline of cooperation: part time; 85 hours totally, 3-4 months of cooperation with the possibility of prolongation.

Please note that these are not the only projects we can suggest. 

• We have expertise working across a variety of domains, including: Finance, MedTech, Social Media, Events, Banking, Healthcare, Streaming, Sports, and others. 

• Typically, we allocate 2-5 team members with different specializations, such as designers, FE/BE/Mobile developers, QA engineers, PMs, and BAs. 

• We usually propose contract-based cooperation with a timeline of 2 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Design + Development)

• Scope definition, validation, and change management

• Timeline planning and milestone tracking

• Budget control and burn-rate monitoring

• Risk and dependency management

• Lead client communication and status reporting

• Facilitate demos, acceptance processes, and release planning

• Ensure alignment between internal teams and enterprise stakeholders

• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders

• Break down complex initiatives into clear tasks and execution plans

• Ensure proactive communication and transparency across all project stages

• Analyze incoming requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables

• Track execution progress and ensure accountability across teams

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in project management

• Strong experience managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams

• Strong scope and timeline planning

• Risk & change management

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with ambiguous requirements

• Experience with task decomposition, workflow organization, and execution control

• Proactive reporting and stakeholder management skills

• At least Upper Intermediate English level

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Prior work with GCC-based clients
