Senior Product Manager (contract, long term)

This position is only for a particular project, not a full time position inhouse. 

In this case, the social package (sick leaves, days off, vacation, necessary equipment provision, etc) is not covered by Selecto. 

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to take strategic ownership of our delivery platform's product direction. This is not an execution-only role — we need someone who can think critically about the product, challenge assumptions, and bring outside perspective to a fast-moving delivery business.

About the Project

• Domain: delivery platform

• Market: the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

• Description: the application with different integrated delivery services like delivery from stores, parcel delivery, a pickup truck service, and others. 

• Engagement: preferably full-time, will consider part-time option as well, working hours will be discussed additionally

• Timeline of cooperation: long-term, at least 6 months

Responsibilities

• Audit current user journeys and app processes (registration, ordering flows, merchant/grocery/restaurant verticals, etc.)

• Identify friction points and prioritize improvements based on data and customer behavior

• Bring outside-GCC market knowledge: global delivery trends, monetization models (e.g., service charge layers, pricing presentation)

• Provide research, benchmarks, and actionable recommendations

• Drive strategic thinking, not just task execution. We want a partner who works smart, not just hard

Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience, specifically in delivery, logistics, or e-commerce

• Strong understanding of global delivery market dynamics; regional competitor awareness is a plus (e.g., Noon, Talabat, Fetchr, or similar platforms)

• Proven track record of owning product direction, not just executing specs

• Comfortable operating in an advisory/fractional capacity alongside an existing team
