As our company continues to expand, we're launching new services, improving internal operations, and building scalable systems that support both our clients and our teams. We're looking for an Operations & Implementation Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited to help shape the future of our operations.

As an Operations & Implementation Specialist, you'll work directly with our Operations leadership to launch new services, optimize internal processes, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

We're looking for someone who can operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and take ownership of projects from idea to execution. You'll help create scalable processes, manage cross-functional initiatives, support customer onboarding and service activation, and continuously improve how we deliver value to our clients.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in an environment where not every answer already exists. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and new service activation to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Coordinate cross-functional implementation projects from planning through execution.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams.

• Build, document, and continuously improve operational processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency.

• Partner with Customer Success and internal teams to drive customer adoption of new services.

• Own project tracking, documentation, and follow-up to ensure successful execution.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop new operational frameworks as the business evolves.

• Support internal process improvement initiatives across departments.

• Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and recommend process enhancements.

• Help establish the operational structure needed to support SellCord's continued growth.

• Leverage AI tools and automation opportunities to improve workflows and productivity whenever possible.

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Implementation, Project Management, Customer Success, Consulting, or a related field.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

• Strong customer onboarding or implementation experience.

• Demonstrated experience creating processes, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Excellent project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure where processes do not yet exist.

• High adaptability and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or workflow automation platforms) to improve productivity is a strong plus.
