Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience handling Amazon FBA reimbursements, claims, or Seller Central operations
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent written English
  • Ability to manage multiple claims and client conversations at the same time
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Stable internet and a quiet work setup for client calls when needed
  • Open, process, and track reimbursement claims with accuracy
  • Review Amazon reports to validate discrepancies before filing
  • Ensure claims follow Amazon policy and comply with documentation requirements
  • Respond to client questions quickly and professionally
  • Manage support tickets and provide clear updates
  • Keep client satisfaction high through reliable communication
  • Track all submitted claims and make sure reimbursements are paid
  • Monitor claim statuses and follow up on delays
  • Flag unusual patterns or blocked claims early
  • Identify account or technical issues and escalate internally
  • Work with operations or technical teams to resolve problems smoothly
