We are seeking dedicated and collaborative Hospitalists to join our team at a Level I Trauma Center with strong in-house specialty support and a closed ICU model. Opportunities are available for both Day Hospitalists and Nocturnists, offering flexible schedules, manageable patient volumes, and innovative tools to enhance clinical efficiency.

Schedule: Flexible block scheduling (e.g., 7 on / 7 off, 5 on / 5 off)
Annual Shifts: 184 shifts per year, including a minimum of 2 weekends per month
Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (unless on call)
Call Schedule: Approximately 5 calls per month (Call shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM while rounding)
Patient Census: - Starting census of 14–15 patients - Average of 1–2 admissions during daytime round-robin (until 3:00 PM)
Support - Dedicated APP support for unit-based rounding (Monday–Friday)

Closed ICU model and Codes run by the ICU team
Level I Trauma Center with full in-house specialty support
Clearly defined service line agreements with specialists
No required procedures
Optional non-procedural POCUS training (CME-supported)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $272,688.00 - $373,796.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
