**10 Hour Night Shift Opportunity**

8:30pm-6:30am Sunday through Wednesday

Serigraph is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accuformer Operator to join our Finishing team. In this role, you will set up and operate forming, die-cutting, laminating, and related finishing equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards and production goals. Set up and operate Accuformer presses and related finishing equipment, including die cutters, thermal laminators, and toggle presses.

Meet production and quality expectations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Adjust machine settings, including registration, heat, and pressure, to ensure quality output.

Load and unload materials and remove dies as required.

Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are met.

Complete labor reporting, quality documentation, job tickets, and production records accurately.

Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic equipment checks.

Work closely with teammates during shift transitions to communicate production status, instructions, and any issues.

Identify and report quality concerns, with authority to stop production when necessary.

Follow all safety, housekeeping, environmental, and quality procedures.

Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Manufacturing, production, printing, converting, or finishing experience is helpful but not required.

Ability to read and interpret job tickets, production instructions, and blueprints.

Comfortable learning machine controls, equipment terminology, and safety procedures.

Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information into company systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.

Ability to perform repetitive movements and operate production equipment safely.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all required PPE and safety guidelines.
