About the Role:
ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team in New Augusta, MS. Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap in designated areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly to ensure proper use and storage
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites is a plus
