Perform commercial cleaning and project-based tasks at various client sites
Execute deep cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and surface restoration as assigned
Follow project schedules and complete tasks efficiently and on time
Use commercial-grade cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all job sites
Communicate with team leads and supervisors regarding project status and any issues
Adhere to all safety protocols, company standards, and client requirements

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field preferred
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass a background check
Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
