About the Role:

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a hands-on Working On Site Supervisor to join our team in Richland, MS! This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, lead by example, and take pride in delivering spotless results for our commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and work alongside cleaning crew members during scheduled shifts at commercial client sites
Perform hands-on commercial cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, and trash removal
Ensure quality control standards are met on every job by inspecting completed work before leaving the site
Train and guide team members on proper cleaning techniques, chemical usage, and safety protocols
Communicate professionally with clients regarding any site-specific needs, concerns, or special requests
Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory, reporting shortages or maintenance needs as needed
Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and OSHA standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or a related field required
Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality, consistent results
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evening or overnight shifts as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the duration of a shift
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and interact with clients
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
