Enterprise Construction Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Facilities & Healthcare Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing construction, renovation, maintenance, and facilities projects within healthcare and commercial environments.

This position requires a strong project leader who can coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction, renovation, maintenance, and facilities projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and facility representatives.
Coordinate work within active healthcare facilities while minimizing disruption to operations.
Review project scopes, drawings, specifications, proposals, and contracts.
Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and quality.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to project requirements.
Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts.
Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management.
Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, building, and healthcare facility requirements.
Work closely with estimating, operations, accounting, and field teams.
Manage project closeout, inspections, punch lists, and final documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, property managers, facility directors, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Project Manager in construction, facilities, or healthcare environments.
Experience managing commercial or healthcare construction/renovation projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination.
Ability to read and understand construction plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Knowledge of healthcare facility requirements and working in occupied environments is a strong plus.
Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
