Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
- →Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
- →Follow up to physician’s orders
- →Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
- →Provide on-going training to staff
- →Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
- →Ensure survey readiness at all times
- →Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
- →Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
- →Perform additional tasks as needed.
