As a Job File Coordinator, you will assist the reconstruction team in successfully completing projects!
Key Responsibilities
- Complete internal job file quality reviews
- Audit estimates and maintain an upload process
- Help Project Managers coordinate subcontractors and job scheduling
- Daily contact with property owners, subcontractors, and insurance personnel
- Weekly meetings with Project Managers to discuss projects
- Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Assist other departments, as needed
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
