Key Responsibilities

Inspect and identify equipment in need of repair. Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
General repairs and maintenance in residential and commercial properties.
General maintenance to work vehicles.
Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
Mechanically skilled and capable of using many different hand and power tools.
Maintain open and clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail.

Position Requirements

Valid driver’s license

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights.
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
Ability to work with power tools.
