What You'll Be Doing

As a Restoration Technician, you'll work alongside an experienced team to help restore properties affected by water, fire, and other types of damage.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Responding to water, fire, and other property damage emergencies.
Performing water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and restoration activities.
Setting up, operating, and monitoring specialized restoration equipment.
Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
Loading, unloading, and maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
Identifying and communicating potential safety hazards and job site concerns.
Providing professional and respectful service to customers during challenging situations.
Working closely with your team to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Previous restoration experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're willing to train the right person!

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license.
Ability to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Willingness to learn restoration techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Previous experience in restoration, construction, or related fields is preferred but not required.
IICRC certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position that requires:

Regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Climbing ladders, working at heights, and accessing confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
Repetitive bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and carrying equipment.
Working in various indoor and outdoor environments.
Safely handling cleaning products and restoration materials while following established safety procedures.
