The Strategy & Operations Intern will support SLSA’s business performance and operational effectiveness through data management, reporting, dashboarding, process improvement, and strategic projects. This role requires a structured and analytical individual capable of converting raw data and operational insights into accurate, well-organized outputs that support day-to-day management and executive decision-making.

1. Perform data entry, data cleaning, quality control (QC)/compliance checks, and basic data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

2. Maintain business trackers, interactive dashboards, and recurring performance reports to monitor key operational metrics.

3. Support process optimization, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.

4. Conduct business research, build structured management presentations, and support strategic planning as well as ad-hoc projects.

5. Execute and support various operational and cross-functional initiatives as required.

1. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills.

2. Possesses strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and a rigorous approach to data accuracy.

3. Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and adept at handling, cleaning, and organizing large or complex datasets.

4. Strong proficiency in Google Slides with a knack for professional formatting, visual organization, and data storytelling.

5. Highly proactive in following up with cross-functional stakeholders and managing project deadlines effectively.

6. Capable of working independently and willing to support hands-on, on-ground operational involvement when necessary.
