→Make inbound/outbound chat&/calls to potential customers from a provided list or database.
→Introduce and promote products, services, or current offers.
→Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and interests.
→Record and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
→Provide feedback and insights to the marketing or sales team.

Promote and sell products or services to interested prospects.
Use persuasive communication to highlight key benefits.
Conduct simple surveys or gather customer feedback.
Schedule appointments for student advisors with qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects who showed interest but haven’t decided yet.

Stay updated on products and services to answer customer questions.
Follow call scripts while keeping the conversation natural and engaging.
Handle customer objections with tact and professionalism.
Submit regular reports on call performance and results.
Join training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Requirements
