As we continue to expand our presence in the United Kingdom, we are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our London office.


About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with local and global teams, oversee key HR operations, and ensure an effective employee journey throughout the entire lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • →

    Previous experience within financial services, fintech, banking, asset management or trading environments is desirable.

  • →

    Strong practical knowledge  of UK employment and immigration legislation. Knowledge of international data privacy requirements, including UK GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations within the HR function.

  • →

    Experience interacting with government and immigration authorities,, insurance providers, and other external organisations.

  • →

    Comprehensive understanding of the full employee lifecycle and the ability to manage People processes from onboarding through to offboarding.

  • →

    Experience working within a matrix organisation with both local and global HR teams.

  • →

    Experience developing, adapting, and implementing global and/or local HR policies, procedures, and standards.

  • →

    Experience managing HR budgets, workforce planning, and external service providers.

  • →

    Ability to operate effectively in an international, fast-paced, and evolving business environment.

  • →

    Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and seniority levels.

  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.

  • Knowledge of the Ukrainian would be an advantage, but is not a determining factor.
