We are currently looking for a Sports Manager to join our team and help create engaging events that bring people together and strengthen our company culture.

  Plan and deliver internal and external sports events, including tournaments, competitions, company participation in marathons, and other sporting activities.

• →

  Design, implement, and develop corporate sports and wellness programs for employees.

• →

  Drive employee engagement in sports initiatives and foster an active internal sports community.

• →

  Organize and coordinate internal corporate events in collaboration with the team.

• →

  Coordinate coaches, sports venues, and external vendors.

• →

  Manage event logistics and ensure the smooth execution of all activities.

• →

  Plan and monitor budgets for sports programs and events.

• →

  Prepare reports and analyze the effectiveness of sports initiatives and events.

• Understanding of corporate sports programs and employee engagement initiatives.

• Experience working with external vendors, including sports venues, coaches, and event organizers.

• Strong planning, budgeting, and multi-project management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive) for budgeting, reporting, and project documentation.

• Ability to develop and maintain project documentation, internal guidelines, and operational processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A genuine interest in sports will be considered an advantage.
