The Cluster Development Department (CDD) drives the development and transformation of Singapore’s Environmental Services industry, covering the cleaning, waste management and pest management sectors. CDD works with industry and government partners to strengthen industry capabilities, accelerate innovation, technology adoption and productivity, and support workforce and business growth. It also helps companies pursue local and overseas growth opportunities, including through platforms such as the CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESG).

You will provide administrative and operational support to the Department, with a key focus on supporting the planning and delivery of the CleanEnviro Summit Singapore (CESG). You will assist the CESG team with event administration, finance and procurement processes, records management, digital platforms and other day-to-day administrative functions.

Responsibilities

·    Support meeting arrangements, event logistics, documentation and follow-up of administrative matters

·    Assist project officers in coordinating with internal stakeholders, event partners and vendors.

·    Provide on-site administrative and logistical support during CESG, where required

 

·       Process and track invoices, payments, purchase requests and other routine financial and procurement transactions

·       Maintain supporting records and follow up with relevant parties on outstanding matters

 

·       Support the administration of the CESG website, shared mailboxes and digital accounts, including coordinating routine updates and access requests

·       Maintain CESG records, documents and inventory of event-related assets

 

·       Perform assigned administrative duties for corporate systems and processes, including routine access-right administration and reviews

·       Support other departmental administrative activities as required

Requirements:

·       GCE A-Level or Higher Nitec qualification.

·       Organised and meticulous, with the ability to maintain proper records and follow through on administrative tasks.

·       Able to manage multiple routine tasks and work according to established procedures and timelines.

·       Comfortable working with numbers and handling invoices, payment records and other administrative documentation.

·       Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

·       Comfortable using online systems and able to learn new corporate and event-related systems.

·       Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with colleagues, vendors and external parties.

·       Responsible, service-oriented and able to work independently on routine tasks while seeking guidance when required.

·       Prior experience in administration, event support or finance processing would be an advantage.
