The Integrated Programme (IP) Department leverages technology, behavioural insights and data-driven strategies to create shifts from a programme-centric view to a customer-centric view where personalised goals and recommendations will be served on the Healthy 365 mobile app to users. This new shift has emerged in view of HPB’s ambition towards a holistic and personalised digital delivery of lifestyle interventions, and with HealthierSG in supporting residents in following through with their Health Plan recommendations.

The team will have to understand and connect the plans within the Programmes Group, and across Divisions in aligning objectives and outcomes towards goals. Work will cut cross-functionally with domain experts, developers, and marketing teams to design intuitive, engaging, and customer-centric digital experiences. This would involve conducting user research to drive the evolution of our mobile app offerings, ensuring they meet real user needs and deliver business impact.

As a key member the IP Department, you will be responsible to:

  • →Support the design, development and implementation of innovative digital programmes that promote healthy lifestyles and user engagement, including proof-of-concepts (POCs) and proof-of-value (POV) initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
  • →Apply behavioural science principles to support programme design, personalisation and behaviour change through evidence-based interventions, including gamification and reward strategies.
  • →Develop and support programme evaluation activities by analysing quantitative and qualitative data to measure programme outcomes, user impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • →Engage and coordinate with internal stakeholders, domain experts, technical teams, government agencies and external partners to support programme planning, delivery and implementation.
  • →Support project delivery by coordinating project plans, milestones, risks, issues, budgets and stakeholder communications to ensure timely implementation.
  • →Participate in solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating requirements, tracking issues and supporting implementation readiness.
  • →Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project records, budget tracking, analytics and evaluation reports to support effective programme governance.

Join us if you are a motivated and collaborative individual with minimally 2- 4 years of relevant experience in digital programme management, project coordination, product development or related work. You should be comfortable working across teams, managing multiple priorities and contributing to the development and delivery of digital initiatives that support meaningful user engagement.

You should also possess:

  • Relevant experience in supporting the planning, implementation and evaluation of digital or technology-enabled programmes.
  • Good understanding of agile methodology and project management principles would be advantageous
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business, technical and design teams, to support programme delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and recommend practical solutions.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience in solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) or digital implementation activities would be advantageous.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract
