Support the planning and delivery of community engagement initiatives, research and data analysis, stakeholder management, and operational activities to enhance community outreach and services.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist and support community outreach activities such as GROs house visits, activities and programmes.
- →Assist and support streamlining or automate routine work processes in engagement and stakeholder management.
- →Support the planning and execution of GROs programmes, as tasked by supervisor.
- →Assist with research on demographic trends or community issues, manage and analyse findings and related data, and to make recommendations based on research.
- →Other duties including day-to-day operations to assist DCDs and CMs in the smooth operation of the CC and GROs. Interns are required to work on weekends and on shifts.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in community engagement and grassroots work.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Willing to work weekends and shifts to support community events and programmes.
