[What the role is]
To support team in development of effective services and initiatives in collaboration with Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and other key partners to meet the needs of service users.

[What you will be working on]

Be part of a team that seeks to achieve better outcomes for persons who use social services so that service users are empowered to live with dignity. Main duties include the following:

1. Lead the Peer Support workstream by working closely with internal and external stakeholders:
• Manage training workshops by liaising with training partners, ensuring strong data governance, and effective and efficient work processes.
• Implement and review training curriculum with stakeholders to ensure learners are equipped with necessary knowledge and competencies.
• Manage end to end process for learners (e.g. applications, screening, placement, training, internship and graduation). 
• Monitor progess with training partners and report to management.
• Work with training partners to create publicity materials and synergise marketing efforts.
• Enhance the peer support workstream to strengthen the work that we do.

2. Support the planning and implementation of engagement events (e.g. Community of Practice sessions, focus group discussions, outreach events with employers).

3. Manage and provide support relating to programme data and IT systems:
• Manage public listings of social services and queries relating to those services.
• Support Government partners and social service agencies in the use and troubleshooting of IT systems managed by NCSS.
• Assist with maintenance and enhancement of IT systems as the business user.

4. Manage and coordinate divisional administration and logistics:
• Provide logistics and secretariat support for regular committee meetings involving key stakeholders and external parties.
• Support organisation of events for staff and external stakeholders.
• Support procurement work and tracking of budget utilisation.
