[LTA-DPO] SNR MANAGER, PAYMENT TECHNOLOGY (MOTORING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION)

You will be part of a team to reinvent the One Motoring platform, building new capabilities to enable real-time billing, personalised dashboards, and intuitive user flows.

As our Senior Manager, Payment Technology, you're not just processing transactions – you're the engineer of trust behind every payment a motorist makes. You will build the payment backbone that moves money reliably for every journey on our roads.

What You’ll Do

• You have 8+ years of hands-on experience in digital payments, having built or operated payment systems. You deeply understand authorisation, clearing, settlement, and in-house finance reconciliation.

• You have strong technical chops in system architecture and solutioning. You can design a system from scratch, draw system sequence diagrams, finesse interface control documents, and meaningfully explain and debate technical choices.

• You know your way around schemes, providers, and interchanges, with an in-depth understanding of how acquirers, processors, and banks fit together to move money.

• You're adept at navigating through complexity, making sound technical decisions with limited data to steer complex, chaotic integration work across large scale systems.

• You possess exceptional stakeholder management skills and can effortlessly bridge between tech jargon and business goals, building mutual trust across every level.

• Prior work experience in government or highly regulated environments is a significant advantage.
