[LTA-PT] MANAGER, TICKETING FEES & DATA

You will be leading a team to:

• →review and monitor the ticketing costs of the transit ticketing system
• →manage the contracts with Public Transport Operators and transit ticketing service providers for ticketing related matters
• →analyse transit ticketing data for insights to deliver a commuter-centric and future ready ticketing system
• →implement projects to enhance operation and services, and support new payment modes in transit
• →prepare approval papers and agreements with transit service providers covering service level monitoring and service fees

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while delivering quality work under tight timelines.

Candidate should:

• have 5 to 8 years of experience in project management and/or policy
• be able to conceptualise and operationalise policies
• be able to communicate effectively and be comfortable presenting to management
• be able to manage both internal and external stakeholders with confidence
