Responsibilities
~1 min readJoin us to solve complex problems, shape policy and transform Singapore’s road operations, specifically on road asset maintenance, traffic management, as well as enforcement and compliance. You will influence national-level operational policies, champion innovation and work with stakeholders across the organisation to keep Singapore moving safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
• Develop, review and implement policies for road asset maintenance, traffic management, enforcement and compliance.
• Assess emerging operational challenges and recommend practical interventions that balance operational effectiveness, public needs and organisational objectives.
• Review frameworks and processes to keep them relevant, effective and future-ready.
• Leverage technology, data, new operating models and global best practices to improve policy effectiveness, operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Drive strategic and transformation initiatives that strengthen LTA’s road operations capabilities.
• Partner stakeholders across divisions to align policies, processes and operational priorities.
• Engage senior management, secure buy-in and represent the division in cross-functional workgroups and forums.

We seek a curious, analytical and motivated individual who can turn complex issues into practical solutions. You should possess:
• Knowledge in any discipline with 2 years of experience working.
• Relevant experience in policy, strategy, operations, programme management or a related field will be a bonus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement and the ability to develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a growth mindset and interest in innovation and technology.
As part of the shortlisting process for the role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and / or undergo further assessment.
