Manager (ePayment & Refund Operations)

• →Manage the collection and refund of tax revenue and government payouts through electronic and non-electronic means
• →Ensure compliance in accounting and internal control practices and guidelines
• →Improve work practices and operational procedures through data analytics and innovation
• →Conduct data analysis to understand taxpayers' payment behaviour to develop strategies to encourage e-Payment/Refund
• →Use end user tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Python), design thinking and behavioural insights to improve work processes and customer service delivery
• →Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders

• Background in accounting, business or economics
• Good numerical and computer literacy
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Resourceful and a team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
