Manager (Special Project), SW CDC

• →Support Job Ambassadors in their daily operations at job clinics by providing operational assistance and coordination.

• →Support the delivery of capability-building sessions for Job Ambassadors to provide high-touch job assistance.

• →Implement outreach plans to increase CDC awareness and participation in job advisory services.

• →Liaise and maintain partnerships with employers, merchants, Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs), training providers, grassroots, and community partners.

• →Process and manage case referrals and queries from the public, inter-agency partners, and Grassroots Advisers, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate support.

• →Track job placement outcomes and assist Job Ambassadors with job-matching activities and strategies.

• →Gather feedback and insights from Job Ambassadors and stakeholders to support programme refinements and improvements.

• →Manage and track data of residents served, job referrals, and placement targets for reporting.

• →Partner with relevant stakeholders in district-wide career events and upskilling workshops.
