Responsibilities

- →Prepare financial statement for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end
- →Prepare and process journals for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end including grant drawdown and internal charge
- →Process payment documentation for NETS machine charges
- →Conduct annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy
- →Provide other operational and financial processes

- Accounting and financial reporting knowledge
- Experience in journal preparation and period-end closing
- Budgeting and project code administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial system
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Meticulous with good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
