Responsibilities
~1 min read• Business Process Redesign: Lead the digitalisation of the Standards Division's processes, conducting comprehensive business process re-design to streamline standardisation programmes and document these processes for implementation.
• User Story Development: Draft detailed user stories to support ongoing digital transformation projects, ensuring that technical solutions align with business needs and user requirements.
• Change Management and Training: Prepare change management communication packages to facilitate smooth transitions and conduct user training sessions to support system onboarding across the division.
• Technical Background: Background in IT product management with demonstrated experience in user story development and agile methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to understand complex business processes and translate requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Communication and Training: Experience with change management principles and training delivery would be advantageous, along with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
