Shadowfax Corporation – Full-Time Residential Supervisor

Location: Residential Homes, York and Surrounding Areas
Pay: $22.00/hr.
Schedule: Full-time, including evenings and weekends

Position Summary
We’re hiring a Residential Supervisor to oversee assigned homes and staff. This role includes ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the home, creating staff schedules, training team members, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position also provides direct care and participates in on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support residential staff
  • Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards and remains clean and safe
  • Transport and accompany individuals to appointments; complete follow-up as needed
  • Provide ongoing direct care, including personal care and safety support
  • Promote and support meaningful, person-centered lifestyles
  • Complete documentation accurately and maintain program compliance
  • Participate in the on-call rotation during evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of good driving and meeting agency eligibility criteria
• One of the following education/experience levels:

o Master’s degree + experience working directly with individuals with ID/A preferred
o Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of experience working directly with individuals with ID/A
o Associate’s degree or 60 credits + 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with ID/A
o High school diploma/GED + 3 years of experience working directly with individuals with ID/A

  • FLS (Front Line Supervisor) Certification: Earn a $0.75/hour pay increase

• FLS Certification required within 12 months of hire
  • Already credentialed through NADSP? Receive the pay increase after just 90 days with documentation
