Quick Summary
We’re Hiring Personal Trainers at Multiple SATS Clubs Across Norway! SATS is taking the personal training profession to the next level!
SATS operates fitness clubs in several of Norway’s largest cities, and we are currently recruiting Personal Trainers for multiple locations in Greater Oslo, Bærum, Bergen, Fredrikstad, Kristiansand, Drammen, Porsgrunn, Sarpsborg, Skien, Stavanger, and Tromsø.
Are you passionate about inspiring others to live healthier lives and helping members achieve their goals? Would you like to work in a professional, energetic environment alongside knowledgeable and inspiring colleagues, while developing both personally and professionally? Then we would love to hear from you!
As a Personal Trainer at SATS, you will play an important role in the lives of our members. For many, working with a Personal Trainer is the key to achieving lasting results, whether that means improving their lifestyle, reaching specific fitness goals, or building sustainable training habits.
You will work closely with members from the very first meeting, conducting thorough needs assessments and using your expertise to create realistic, motivating, and individualized training and nutrition plans that help them achieve their goals.
You are a positive motivator, a proactive team player, and someone who contributes beyond your own responsibilities. Together with your colleagues, you help ensure that the club delivers an exceptional experience in every area while continuously developing and improving.
You have at least one year of Personal Trainer education (equivalent to 60 ECTS credits or similar). PT certifications that do not award academic credits but are equivalent in scope to a one-year program are also accepted. (Please upload documentation of completed and/or ongoing studies as part of your application.)
Alternatively, you have other education relevant to the PT profession, such as a bachelor’s degree in sports science, physiotherapy, psychology, coaching, or a related field. (All candidates, regardless of educational background, must complete a thorough interview process, including a practical audition.)
You have strong work capacity and see yourself delivering approximately 80 to 100 hours per month as an established Personal Trainer.
You are passionate about creating unique training experiences based on concrete and individual goals.
You enjoy sales and take responsibility for developing and growing your own client portfolio.
You are confident and skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships.
You are positive, inclusive, and approachable.
You work independently and take initiative.
You are committed to following procedures and respecting rules and guidelines.
