Shapiro Aesthetic Plastic Surgery & Skin Klinic is seeking a talented and experienced local Social Media Content Creator as a 1099 Contractor. This role will report to the Social Media and Influencer Lead with a dotted line to the practice manager. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence and driving engagement across various social platforms. Through your expertise, you will position the practice as the top choice for plastic surgery procedures and aesthetic treatments.   

Responsibilities

  • →Onsite content creation, filming, editing, posting, and social media management
  • →Capture physician, staff, patient, procedure, and behind-the-scenes content
  • →Create a mix of educational, before-and-after, trending, and personality-driven Reels
  • →Maintain a consistent weekly posting cadence across the practice’s social channels
  • →Assist with Stories and timely practice updates/promotions
  • →Work directly with providers and staff to help them feel comfortable participating in content
  • →Identify and execute relevant social media trends quickly
  • →Organize and maintain a consistent library of B-roll and evergreen content
  • →Monitor the account and support basic community engagement as needed
  • →Follow the overall social media strategy and brand standards provided by the marketing team

Requirements

  • Experience in content planning, creation, videography, and photography, preferably in aesthetics or plastic surgery. 
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies, and brand best practices. 
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively as well as independently. 
  • Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and aesthetically pleasing content. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating an ability to craft engaging and effective copy. 
  • Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Sprout Social. 
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta, social media insights) to track performance and guide strategy. 
  • Passion for aesthetics and the beauty industry, with a keen eye for high-quality and refined content. 
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking to push boundaries and achieve remarkable results. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.  

Pay: starting at $1,700/month

Onsite schedule: 2 days per week

Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day / 8 hours per week
