You're not just managing comments — you're building culture. As our Social Media & Community Manager, you'll be the everyday voice of SharkNinja's online communities and a hands-on creator who can take an idea from concept to published video, solo. You'll live where community, content, and culture meet — turning conversations into loyalty and trends into scroll-stopping content. It moves fast, the ownership is real, and your work goes live to a global audience from day one. 

Community & Engagement 

• →Own day-to-day community management across social platforms, forums, and online groups — monitoring, responding, and representing the brand with speed and authenticity. 

• →Build genuine relationships with community members, brand advocates, and creators to turn followers into a loyal, organic advocacy engine. 

• →Spot UGC opportunities and surface the member stories, testimonials, and moments worth amplifying. 

• →Track engagement, sentiment, and growth — then feed the insight straight back into content and strategy. 

Content Creation 

• →Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social-first video — from idea to live post, end to end. 

• →Create content built to stop the scroll: native to platform, culturally relevant, and engineered for engagement. 

• →Develop posts, polls, competitions, and activations that spark real interaction — not just impressions. 

• →Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh formats, sounds, and ideas to the table before they peak. 

Must-haves 

• A real passion for social media and digital culture. 

• Proven ability to create compelling short-form video independently — bring your work, we want to see it. 

• A strong written voice and the instinct to flex tone across platforms and audiences. 

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with a sharp read on Spanish social media culture, creators, and how audiences behave. 

• Comfortable with social media management and analytics tools. 

• You move fast, think creatively, and never wait to be told what's trending. 

• Collaborative across teams, but fully capable of owning a deliverable end to end. 

Bonus points 

• A portfolio, channel, or following you've grown yourself. 

• Hands-on editing in CapCut, Premiere, or similar — plus an eye for design. 

• Experience with paid social, creator partnerships, or community platforms (Discord, Reddit). 

• Become the recognisable voice of our communities, with measurably faster response times and stronger sentiment. 

• Shipped a steady drumbeat of original video — including at least one piece that genuinely broke out. 

• Built a repeatable trend-to-content workflow the wider team can run with after you. 

• Real ownership from week one — your content goes live to a global audience, not a test account. 

• A fast, builder culture where good ideas win regardless of who they come from. 

• Mentorship from an experienced social and content team invested in launching your career.
