LHSC - Senior Case Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of human services or direct service experience.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2+ years of program or staff management experience.
• Experience serving individuals and families impacted by homelessness, domestic violence, or sexual violence.

• Annual TB testing required.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 10–20 pounds.
