We’re looking for compassionate, driven professionals to join our collaborative team in Worcester, MA.

As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work in a hospital-based pharmacy setting, blending the pace of retail with the purpose of specialty care. Your day-to-day will include:

• →Preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• →Providing exceptional service at the pick-up counter
• →Answering patient calls and assisting with medication-related questions
• →Supporting pharmacy operations using systems like Epic and Willow Ambulatory
• →Collaborating with a team that values empathy, communication, and excellence

• Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• National Certification (PTCB or NHA) – contingency start may be considered for the right candidate
• 1+ years of pharmacy technician experience (5+ years preferred)
• High school diploma or GED

This is a fully onsite role in Worcester, MA. Candidates must be comfortable commuting daily.
