We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with our Oncology Department.

• →Conducting in-office follow-ups with oncology patients
• →Providing continuity of care for oncology patients
• →Performing hospital consults and follow up care for inpatient hematology and oncology patients
• →Providing weekend coverage for the hospital as part of the oncology team

• Valid Connecticut license is required
• Oncology experience required
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
