Retail Store Manager

Froehlich is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead our retail location in Three Oaks, MI. If you have retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for organization and customer service, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the continued success of our store.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?

This is a full-time position. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for preparing weekly schedules 7 - 10 days in advance and ensuring adherence to company scheduling policies and procedures. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to maximize sales and minimize costs. You will organize store operations, assign responsibilities to team members, and motivate staff to perform at their highest potential. Throughout the day, you will monitor inventory levels and create stock rotations in the sales floor, backroom, and hallway to ensure products remain replenished using FIFO and fill procedures across all departments. You will address customer concerns and complaints to maintain the store's reputation, inspect store areas and resolve operational issues, and oversee in-store promotional events and displays. You will also monitor and update the Wishbook, notify Colleen of customer requests, maintain the retail Google Sheet, stay informed of market trends to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure the store remains compliant with all legal health and safety guidelines.

• Knowledge of retail management best practices

• Familiarity with POS systems and technology
• Ability to follow and adhere to scheduling policies and company procedures
• Ability to manage inventory rotation and replenishment processes
