Mission/core purpose of the job To ensure • Preventive maintenance activities done by our maintenance partners is completed according to SOP and at the required Quality standard while observing SHEQ • Reports are developed timely each month to support zonal managers on reconciliation Job Specifications/Minimum & Preferred Requirements Diploma/ Degree: Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Telecom Electronics Engineering/Civil Engineering Competencies Skills Effective Communication Innovation Building and supporting teams Behavioral Qualities Takes initiative Works independently Self-starter Manages time Prioritization Results oriented Key Job Responsibilities • Support Operations & Maintenance activities by monitoring and verifying that preventive maintenance works executed by maintenance partners are completed in line with approved SOPs, scope of work, SHEQ requirements, and agreed quality standards. • Conduct routine site visits and inspections to confirm execution of scheduled preventive maintenance activities and capture observations, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities. • Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance activities carried out by maintenance partners, including work completion status, quality checks, and supporting evidence. • Compile, analyze, and submit end-of-month operational and preventive maintenance reports in a timely manner to support zonal managers during reconciliation and payment verification processes. • Support zonal managers by providing clear, accurate, and well-structured data required for reconciliation of maintenance partner invoices and performance validation. • Track planned vs executed preventive maintenance activities and highlight gaps, delays, or deviations from agreed maintenance plans.• Assist in monitoring compliance with safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) standards during maintenance activities and escalate non-compliance where necessary. • Participate in operational meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination sessions with internal teams and maintenance partners as required. • Support the resolution and escalation of operational issues related to preventive maintenance in line with defined escalation procedures. • Prepare ad-hoc reports, presentations, and operational summaries as requested by line management. • Carry out other operational and administrative tasks as assigned, based on business needs and operational demand. Governance Adhoc and Operational Meeting • Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results. • Set up and manage adhoc meetings for day-to-day operational requirements as and when required with partners Performance Improve productivity and quality through leading practice initiatives Reporting Provide inputs to the line manager (as required) relating to progress made within the department and in accordance with the measurement metrics set by the organisation Operational Delivery To achieve 100% quality preventive maintenance Key Performance Indicators Value created & cost-effectiveness achieved by process optimization, new initiatives and improved operations/ways of work etc. Value created from improved Stakeholder Engagements Value created through demonstrating the HT Values and sustaining an engaged workforce
