Commercial Real Estate Leasing Attorney

Shulman Rogers' Real Estate Department seeks a Commercial Real Estate attorney. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years' experience as an attorney with substantial commercial office and retail leasing experience, including both landlord-side and tenant-side representation. Additional transactional commercial real estate experience is recommended but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Negotiate and draft commercial office and retail leases and related documents. 
• Negotiate and draft transactional commercial real estate documents.
• Review and summarize due dligence materials. 
• Conduct closings and complete pot-closing documents and administration.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 6+ years experience as an attorney with commercial and transactional real estate experience.
• MD Bar license required, DC and/or VA a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
