Own strategic planning, forecasting, and cross-functional performance reviews to enhance organizational agility and support resilient decision-making.
Lead monthly performance reviews, ensuring structured and insight-driven discussions on not only financial results, but also other key value drivers, and strategic actions with senior stakeholders.
Monitor & challenge business performance through regular review cycles and drive value creation initiatives to maximize returns.
Safeguard the “Horizons” performance framework and ensure consistent tracking, reporting, and follow-up of transformation initiatives.
Own and maintain SHV Energy’s finance reporting manual and governance standards.
Lead the design and implementation of integrated KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency and accountability.
Act as the subject matter expert on cash flow reporting across SHV Energy.
Conduct benchmarking against peers, market data, and industry standards to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain relationships with external advisors, analysts, and relevant market participants.
Advise senior executives, business units, and the Management Board on financial implications and strategic trade-offs across key initiatives (including M&A, large-scale projects, and transformation programs).
Assist BU management teams in development of ‘Value Creation Plans’ for Business Units
Lead and develop a Finance center-of-excellence team.

Assist BU management teams
Drive alignment and collaboration across Finance, Treasury, Tax, Commercial, Operations, and Sustainability functions.
Assist FP&A group reporting activities, including monthly reporting, performance analysis, and variance explanations, ensuring clear and consistent insights for decision-making.
Drive the adoption and practical application of AI within FP&A processes to enhance forecasting accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.
This role delivers significant influence across the business by driving performance discipline and enabling decision-makers to act with clarity and confidence. Through proactive engagement, advanced insights, and strategic leadership, the Business Performance Lead shapes operational priorities, strengthens financial outcomes, and ensures the organization achieves sustainable competitive advantage.
Master’s Degree in finance, graduated preferably with distinction or finished or studying for a post-master like CPA (RA) or CMA (RC) equivalent.
Fluency in English, verbally and in writing, plus preferably an additional international language.
10 Years+ > Significant experience in Finance, M&A or Strategy within different industries.
Aspires to develop towards senior financial or general management roles (Positive B level assessment).
Demonstrates emotional maturity and self-awareness, maintaining composure under pressure and showing the ability to reflect, adjust, and grow.
Works effectively with colleagues across functions and levels, contributing positively to team dynamics and fostering an environment of trust and cooperation.
Maintains a strong focus on delivering outcomes, taking ownership of objectives, and proactively driving progress while upholding quality and integrity.
Skilled in designing, managing, and improving processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
