Finance and Accounting Associate

Accurately prepare, execute and complete the following according to Thai legal reporting requirements: monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting; audits; VAT, withholding tax and social security

Manage regular and ad-hoc payments and expenses, including performance reports and analyses

Record the invoices of company expenses on the online accounting platform (Wave) 

Create and log reimbursement forms to account for other employee expenses 

Upload and file company invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations in the company’s cloud storage

Be responsible for sending out prompt payment confirmation & receipt emails to relevant parties shortly after a transaction is made

Communicating and working with external accountants and auditors, this mainly includes compiling documents on a monthly basis and filing proper government-required forms (such as ภงด 1 & 53)

Keep track of the company’s expenses and be responsible for handling and filing documents with our external auditor

Sort out and arrange the necessary documents/information/paperwork as required from the Department of Business Development (DBD)

Prepare financial reporting documents on a monthly basis, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and others as need arises

Manage external service providers

Assist with and contribute to financial models and business planning

Advise on best practices and direction regarding financial reporting, tax, and financial performance to ensure efficiency and best performance

Help prepare financial reports, projections and other finance-related documentation to shareholders and investors

Learn about aviation, seaplanes and building a startup from the early stages into a commercial business operation

Work with staff on any other areas of the business, based on company’s need and personal skills and interest when capacity allows

Experience in accounting and finance, audit, tax, and related areas

Being excited about hospitality, aviation and providing only the best services to customers

Showing initiative and being pro-active, detail-oriented and excellent with numbers
